AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING POLICY

Charged at checkout. AUD$15 Flat Rate Australia Wide (No increase if multiple purchases)

There is an option for click and collect with no charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

AUD $35 Flat Rate Worldwide

Due to the global Covid Pandemic, limited flights are leaving the country and Australian deliveries are facing delays. I cannot guarantee arrival date at this stage.

Buyer is responsible for all duty, customs and any other fees associated with delivery.

I pledge 5 cents from every sale on this website to KALAWEIT.ORG. 

Chanee Kalaweit is an inspirational young man who works tirelessly to protect the Forests of Borneo and all within them ravaged by the insatiable demand for Palm Oil by the rest of the world, that is us.

03.refunds and exchanges

I do not offer refunds on purchased items at this stage, so please choose wisely.

For broken items during shipping, please contact me via email with a photograph of damaged goods.

 (All prices are in Australian Dollars. I only accept PayPal (credit cards or PayPal accounts). Payment is expected at the time of purchase.

Please ensure your desired delivery address is the same as your PayPal shipping address. If they do not match, the package will be sent to the PayPal address, so that I will be covered by PayPals Sellers Protection Policy. If you must have it shipped to a different address, you need to contact me at the time of purchase)
